Hi, I’m Nadiia — co-founder and operations lead at DS Cleaning. Before launching this company, I spent years managing operations in the hospitality and hotel industry, where I learned that real service isn’t just about doing the job — it’s about how you make people feel.

I brought that mindset with me into DS Cleaning, and it shapes everything we do — from how we train our team to how we treat every client’s home.

What I Bring to DS Cleaning

In my years managing hotels, I developed a sharp eye for detail, deep appreciation for cleanliness, and an instinct for client care. That means I know:

• how to prepare a space that feels fresh, welcoming, and spotless

• how to build a team that’s punctual, professional, and proud of their work

• how to deliver consistent quality every time, even at scale

• how to solve small issues before they become big problems

Today, I lead our team of cleaners, train new hires personally, inspect jobs for quality, and stay closely connected to our Sarasota & Bradenton clients.

I don’t believe in “good enough.” Whether it’s a cozy one-bedroom or a beachfront Airbnb, every space we clean is treated with the same attention to detail you’d expect from a luxury hotel — but with the warmth and flexibility only a local business can offer.

Building a Family Business With Meaning

DS Cleaning is more than just a company to me — it’s a family project. I run the day-to-day, and my husband Nick supports strategy and systems from his background in tech. Together, we’ve built a business we’re proud of, with strong values, a supportive team, and genuine care for our clients.

As an immigrant woman entrepreneur, it’s been a journey — but I’m so grateful to our clients who trust us in their homes every day.
