- Bookings are confirmed once a date, time, and scope are agreed upon.
- We reserve the right to decline service for safety, access, or other reasonable concerns.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms agreed at booking. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo unless otherwise agreed. Prices do not include gratuity unless specifically arranged.

- Secure valuables and personal items. DS Cleaning is not responsible for items left in cleaning areas.

DS Cleaning is committed to quality work. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation of fixtures, or items not disclosed as fragile. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
