Service checklist Β· Comparison
Regular (Recurring) Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning
Both services provide a complete, professional cleaning of your home. Regular Cleaning maintains a home that is already in generally clean condition. Deep Cleaning includes everything in Regular Cleaning, plus additional time for detailed areas and accumulated buildup.
Regular (recurring)
A complete maintenance cleaning that keeps your home consistently clean, sanitized, and comfortable.
Deep cleaning
Everything in Regular Cleaning, plus hand-detailing and extra treatment of accumulated dust, grease, and soap scum.
Same professional care. Different scope. Deep Cleaning does not replace Regular Cleaning β it expands it.

Best for upkeep
Choose Regular (Recurring) Cleaning ifβ¦
- Your home is currently in generally clean condition
- You need weekly, biweekly, or monthly service
- You want your kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and living areas professionally cleaned every visit
- You want to prevent dust and buildup from accumulating
Best for a reset
Choose Deep Cleaning ifβ¦
- This is your first professional cleaning
- Your home has not been professionally cleaned recently
- You see buildup on baseboards, cabinet fronts, showers, fixtures, or detailed areas
- You need a seasonal reset or a more detailed one-time cleaning
- You want to establish a clean baseline before beginning recurring service
Important service notes
- Cleaning is limited to safely accessible areas.
- Heavy furniture and major appliances are not moved.
- Clients should remove excessive clutter from floors and surfaces before arrival.
- Deep Cleaning covers normal household buildup. Excessive grease, severe hard-water deposits, mold, pet or human waste, nicotine residue, pest infestations, and post-construction dust require a separate assessment.
- Permanent stains, damaged surfaces, discoloration, and deteriorated grout or caulking may not be removable.
- Service scope may be adjusted based on the home's condition and agreed-upon priorities.
